Cloud Zoo + revisiting NEIL AND BUZZ + LEGO cartogram

☁️Every day, the activities of hundreds of zoo and aquarium animals are live streamed online.

At the beginning of the pandemic, Amber Thomas (Twitter) and I talked about building a fun place you could go and just enjoy all the cute animals. Across many months we have constructed a digital zoo for The Pudding and it is now open:

One of the joys of this project is the daily delight of seeing different animals (and different animal behavior). It updates clips of 94 zoo and aquarium animals several times each day. So each visit is unique. Check out what the pandas are doing in Edinburgh, DC, and Atlanta. Tune in to any of the ten penguin cams. Or see if you can catch the sloth at the Hattiesburg Zoo moving.

Andy motivated me to turn the original Apollo 11 interactive into a print graphic. They will be ready for delivery before the holidays - more on that soon.
