Hang Some Wonder on the Wall
MAPS FOR KIDS posters, deep discounts on classics, and free U.S. shipping on everything.
Welcome to Chartography.net — insights and delights from the world of data storytelling.
This is my favorite time of year: I get to send beautiful information graphics all over the world (over 60 countries and counting!).
This holiday season, I’m joyfully celebrating the new edition of Info We Trust, the launch of MAPS FOR KIDSS—and doing something I’ve never done before:
the biggest discounts on books and prints
two very limited bundles
AND Visionary Press is giving free domestic (USA) shipping on everything.
2025 has been an extraordinary year for Visionary Press.
Earlier this year I released Info We Trust, Remastered with events in San Francisco and New York. It’s a rebuilt edition of my book about the craft and value of data graphics. The text is totally rewritten, many illustrations are redrawn, and the whole object is a big upgrade: printing and binding that combine to a beautiful-to-hold package. This is where I’ve poured everything I know.
MAPS FOR KIDS, the new poster series, starts from a simple belief: almost anything can be treated as a map. The first three posters are now in the shop—Earth Biomes, Food Energy, and Steam Locomotive—each a big, richly illustrated explanation designed to be enjoyed by kids and the grown-ups reading with them.
They make wonderful gifts.
One thing I’ve noticed is that every few weeks someone orders “one of everything” from Visionary Press. It’s one of the biggest votes of confidence I can get. Inspired by these enthusiasts, I’ve created two limited holiday bundles:
Visionary Press Library: four books that map the landscape of information graphics.
– Info We Trust (Remastered)
– The three Information Graphic Visionaries volumes
Visionary Press Collection: A full bounty of information graphics:
– 4 books (the full Visionary Press Library)
– 3 MAPS FOR KIDS posters
– 2 large foldout prints: Cross-Sections Through California and Neil & Buzz
If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to add these to your studio, classroom, or a kid’s bedroom wall, this is it. The discounts are real, quantities of the full collection are very limited (only a dozen!), and every order ships free within the U.S.
Thank you for helping me put thoughtful and delightful information graphics into the world.
Onward!—RJ
